I love thin, sturdy linen towels because they dry quickly and rarely smell musty, since linen is inherently antimicrobial. I can't tell you the number of requests I've had for a linen bath towel, and here it is! Be warned – if you prefer soft, fluffy towels, stay away from linen. Dimensions: Measures 32" x 52" with a 2" hem all around, mitered corners, and a 4" loop to hang it by.
Care: Machine wash with a small amount of gentle detergent, not Tide. Tumble dry on hot or medium, and remove from the dryer while still very slightly damp so wrinkles do not set. Shake the fabric out flat and smooth it with your hands. If you can dry outside, let fresh air and sun work their magic.

United StatesI adore linen, but this bath towel (in Natural) took some getting used to. Now that I have adapted, I can't imagine using anything else in warmer months. Perhaps I will still like the cool, crisp feeling against my body our frosty New England winters. What I love most (besides how pretty the towels look hanging on their brass hooks) is that the linen quickly and completely dries my body, whereas many cotton terry textiles just move the moisture around until it evaporates. These towels also provide excellent exfoliation. The weave is gentle yet ever so slightly rough. After I vigorously rub my calves and feet and heels dry, the skin feels like a rose petal. I've found that I need less moisturizer. I love the hanging loop, and a freshly used towel is completely dry in an hour. I am so glad I splurged on these, I went back and purchased another set in Vintage Blue.
