Linen is exceptionally absorbent and stays fresher because it dries quickly and is inherently anti-microbial. Our bath mat is double-thickness, yet dries faster than a terry weave. It is comfortable and dry underfoot, and has a 2” hem all round with mitred corners.

Care:
Machine wash with a small amount of gentle detergent, not Tide. Tumble dry on hot or medium, and remove from the dryer while still very slightly damp so wrinkles do not set. Shake the fabric out flat and smooth it with your hands. If you can dry outside, let fresh air and sun work their magic.

United StatesI’ve used the smaller bath mat for years — it’s still like new and I’ll still use it but the large one is perfect. They are surprisingly comfortable under foot and they dry fast.

United StatesThis is the only RL purchase I have not been thrilled with. I purchased the bath mat to match the shower curtain, which it did perfectly. But it was just too thin for me. In a bathroom with some traffic, the mat did not stay in place and was constantly crumpled somewhere on the floor. Although I do love the RL wrinkled look, it wasn't attractive for a bath mat.
