These robust fitted sheets hark back to simple values, with the convenience of a neat fit and firm elastic to hold them in place. Carefully tailored dimensions, wide, high-quality elastic, and two depth options for a perfect fit every time. Plus, we've finished these with French seams on the corner - just as strong as they are beautiful. Alternatively, opt for our Orkney Linen Flat Sheet, which can be used as a top or bottom sheet.

Care:
Machine wash with a small amount of gentle detergent, not Tide. Tumble dry on hot or medium, and remove from the dryer while still very slightly damp so wrinkles do not set. Shake the fabric out flat and smooth it with your hands. If you can dry outside, let fresh air and sun work their magic. Allowance is made for shrinkage.

I wish I had discovered Rough Linen earlier in my linen sheet journey! I have purchased linen sheets from 3 high-end brands, assuming price equated to quality and longevity. The sheets from these other companies, even with gentle washing and care, deteriorated over time to the point that they were unusable and not mendable. Every time I purchased new linen sheets I thought this would be the last time and almost gave up on using linen sheets. I discovered after much expense that weave weights for sheets, especially flat sheets matter. I’m happy I didn’t give up and purchased from Rough Linen. The weight and quality of the orkney sheet is evident just by touch. I can already tell after several washings that they will hold up over time. I love the feel and the sheet has softened after 2 months of use, plus it hasn’t shed like other brands. Rough Linen sheets are definitely in the category of heirlooms. I highly recommend these sheets and l look forward to adding more items from Rough Linen to my home. The only thing I would be consider when purchasing again is to make note if an item is ready to ship. If not, finding out the lead time for an item.
