We use bolsters to fill that angle between mattress and headboard which eats pillows: try it to make reading in bed much more comfortable. Closure is a YKK invisible zipper in the seam. Care:Machine wash with a small amount of gentle detergent, not Tide. Tumble dry on hot or medium, and remove from the dryer while still very slightly damp so wrinkles do not set. Shake the fabric out flat and smooth it with your hands. If you can dry outside, let fresh air and sun work their magic.

United StatesI bought 2 king sized pillows and it filled them out perfectly, problem was the pillows had grey and white stripes on them and it showed through the linen bolsters, I am now out looking for all white king sized pillows. I am over the moon at the addition to the bed.
United StatesI did have to fight to put a king size pillow inside the linen bolster cover, but my main problem was after I washed the cover. The bunched/scrunched ends of the linen cover are so dense they do not dry when placed in a dryer.
