We are a small artisanal workroom. While we have many items in stock throughout the year, during holiday times our stock gets rapidly depleted and our sewers are very busy making items for each order as they come in. Partial orders may ship with the items in stock and items that need to be made will be shipped separately as soon as they are complete. You can expect items that need to be made approximately 2-3 weeks from your order date. Even if you select priority shipping, it could be delayed if that item has to be made. Please contact us to find out if we can meet a specific date if you haven't received a shipping confirmation. Thank you for your support of small business and your understanding. We strive to get your linens to you as soon as we possibly can, and we are grateful for your loyalty and support.
We ship primarily by USPS Priority Mail.
The tracking updates are expected to reflect within 3-5 days starting from the label creation date. Please reach out to our customer service if you have any inquiries.
Most customers find our standard delivery is prompt and cost effective.
We are pleased to fill orders shipped outside the US. Allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery to most countries, not including processing times. Duties and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery, if required.
Canadian Customers: Since we manufacture in the US our linens are covered by the NAFTA agreement and you should not have to pay duty. However, customers have sometimes told us that duties were charged, despite our efforts to avoid them. You will need to take this up with the office that has charged you.
Other Countries: You may be charged an import tax, please check before you order, we don't want you to have an unpleasant surprise.
Orders delivered outside the US are usually shipped by USPS Priority Mail International.
Please note:
* Customs regulations require that we enclose an invoice with all orders shipped outside the US. We also need your phone number for or on-line order form.
* Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at time of delivery, if required.
US orders of $150+ are shipped for free.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight and destination of each shipment. We bill shipping at the actual cost — making money on postage is not our business.
If your order is shipped for free because it is over $150, choosing the paid shipping method does NOT mean that the order is shipped via a faster method. If you do need your order expedited, please contact our customer service department prior to placing your order.
Transit times are usually 1-2 days to the west coast, and up to 5 days to reach the east coast. Transit to the midwest and south is about 2 – 4 days.
International transit times vary from 1 – 4 weeks. Remember this does NOT include processing time.
Please note that once a shipping label has been generated, we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations. We encourage you to review your confirmation email to verify that the shipping address and items listed are correct. If you find any discrepancies, we can make adjustments within 24 hours of placing the order.
